March Mania is The Austin Foundation’s annual 3v3 tournament for ages 16 to 24. We bring Detroit together for high-level competition while connecting young people to financial literacy resources, community partners, and leadership exposure. This is where talent meets access.

March Mania is a full-day experience. Come for the games, stay for the energy, and connect with community resources designed to support youth beyond the court.
As part of the experience, participants will also engage in the Rookie Contract Financial Literacy Challenge, an interactive simulation where they receive a professional rookie contract and work through real world financial decisions. From taxes and saving to investing, lifestyle spending, and long term wealth planning, this hands-on challenge helps youth understand how to turn opportunity into lasting financial stability.
